This is the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. Hopefully, any questions you might have regarding your stay with us will be answered here. If you have a question that you can't find the answer, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Things you should know

-US-192 and the Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy are the same road

-US-192 has mile markers...we are at mile marker 4

-When returning from any of the DISNEY parks just follow the signs

to US-192 and take it WEST
-Returning to Windsor Hills from I-4
-Take exit 64B US-192 west towards Disney World (Magic Kingdom exit)
-Stay on US-192 ( keep to the left ) for about 2.5 miles

-Turn LEFT on Old Lake Wilson road and Windsor Hills is about 1 mile

on the RIGHT

When are check-in and check-out times?

Check In: 4:00 pm

Check Out: 10:00 am

Where do I pick up the keys?

A: There are no keys. Our unit has a keyless door lock. The code is sent over to you before your arrival. Please visit www.resortlock.com for more information.

The keyless code will be given to you before your arrival.

Directions to Windsor Hills Resort

From the Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Take the SOUTH exit out of MCO and follow signs towards ‘Kissimmee and the 417 (South).

Turn right onto the 417 (Greenway) heading SOUTH (signs read: Tampa/Disney Attractions) Note: 417 is a TOLL ROAD and will cost approx $3.

Take exit #2 (TWO) off the 417.

Turn RIGHT after toll. After turning right, continue straight till you reach 192.

Turn left onto 192. Stay in left lane.

Continue on 192 to OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD .

Turn left onto OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD.
Windsor Hills will be on the righthand side about a 1/4 mile down.

From Interstate 4

Take exit 64 Towards Disney World (Magic Kingdom exit)
Continue on 192 to OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD .

Turn left onto OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD.
Windsor Hills will be on the righthand side about a 1/4 mile down.

From the Florida Turnpike

Take the Florida Turnpike to the junction sign posted 192 Kissimmee.

Travel WEST on 192 towards Disney Attractions.

Continue on 192 to OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD .

Turn left onto OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD.
Windsor Hills will be on the righthand side about a 1/4 mile down.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is $50.00 to hold the reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

How do I enter Windsor Hills?

There is guard at the entrance of Windsor Hills. Show the guard the short term lease agreement and rental voucher with both our names on the lease and the property address.
